Valore Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the Valore platform. They explain the responsibilities and rights of you, the user, and the applicable platform operator. Read them carefully before creating an account, accessing the service or completing a transaction. Accepting these Terms creates a legally binding agreement with the relevant counterparty.
When you register, sign in, use a platform function or otherwise interact with Valore, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. The service is intended only for people aged 18 or above. Anyone under 18, or lacking the required legal capacity, must not use or access it. Where age or eligibility cannot be verified, access may be limited and an account may be suspended or terminated.
Access to the platform may be affected by technical faults, planned maintenance, software releases or broader service disruption. Delays or unavailability may also occur during sharp market movements, periods of unusually high demand or events outside our reasonable control. We aim to maintain reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be promised. Valore may launch, amend or remove features, algorithms, market information, pricing feeds or supported markets without creating an entitlement to compensation.
Content made available through the platform—such as written material, illustrations, layouts, software, algorithms, trade marks, logos and AI-generated analysis—is protected by copyright, trade mark legislation and other intellectual property rights owned by Valore or its licensors. You must not reproduce, share, publish or commercially exploit it without prior written consent. Breaches may lead to civil proceedings or criminal enforcement.
Any information you submit, including identification, contact and payment details, must be accurate, complete and current. False, missing or obsolete information may lead to access restrictions, limits on withdrawals or legal proceedings. We handle personal data under our privacy policy and applicable UK data protection requirements, including the UK GDPR, using appropriate safeguards and transparent processing arrangements.
You remain entirely responsible for all investment and trading choices made through Valore, whether you place them yourself or they are generated through AI-enabled automation, together with any consequences. Valore supplies software and trading tools only; it does not provide tailored financial advice, investment recommendations or assurances of profit. Shares, cryptoassets and other markets may change rapidly, and you could lose all of the money invested. Previous performance is not a reliable guide to what may happen in future. Commit only funds you can afford to lose.
We may revise or supplement these Terms when necessary, including because of regulatory updates, technical developments or changing market conditions. Where reasonably practicable, we will normally give at least 14 days’ notice through email, a platform alert or a website announcement. Continuing to use the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. If a change is significant, you may choose to close your account.
Our service is built around accessible information and safeguards intended to support users. These measures include current encryption, routine reviews, segregated client funds and thorough KYC/AML checks. Platform actions and transactions are documented in a transparent, auditable manner. We aim to treat users fairly and responsibly while applying controls designed to improve account protection.
